BARANGAROO

SYDNEY, NSW

International Towers Sydney are three commercial skyscrapers located in Barangaroo, Sydney. Construction on the towers began in 2013 and ended in mid 2016. They will form the core of the commercial, residential, retail and leisure development at Barangaroo South.

The three high-rise premium grade office buildings of International Towers Sydney collectively offer 280, 000 sqm of office space, importantly, all three towers offer 6 Star Green star ratings.

SYDNEY INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT T1 EXPANSION

SYDNEY, NSW

The investment for the project was estimated at $500m and involved work in several areas. The expansion added 7,300m² (increase of 10%) to the departures level to provide more space for passenger processing (check-in) and also for retail outlets, restaurants, cafes and passenger waiting areas. A new outbound and early baggage handling system was also added.

30,000m² of the departures was redeveloped and the Australian customs and immigration area was centralised to better serve the larger passenger numbers.

Two new multi-storey car parks with floor space of over 100,000m² each were built on the old long-term car park.

The new car parks built adjacent to T1 are connected to the terminal each with 3,000 covered spaces (bringing the total parking at the airport to over 8000 spaces). The car park is equipped with moving walkways and lifts to assist passengers with their luggage.

CHARLES PERKINS CENTRE

SYDNEY, NSW

The Charles Perkins Centre is an Australian medical research and education institute that primarily focuses on diabetes, cardiovascular disease, obesity and as well as other related conditions. The Centre is affiliated with the University of Sydney.

Costing A$350 million, the centre was opened in June 2014.

ROYAL RANDWICK RACECOURSE, QE GRANDSTAND

RANDWICK, NSW

Setting new standards for racing entertainment, the A$150 million dollar redevelopment has transformed this prestigious location into a flourishing social scene, enriched by over 35 bars and restaurants, reserved dining establishments and cutting edge facilities for members and racegoers alike.

ROYAL NORTH SHORE HOSPITAL

ST. LEONARDS, NSW

The new Clinical and Acute Services Buildings at Royal North Shore Hospital have over 5,000 rooms, with 4,000 staff and 126 Departments and is one of the most technologically advanced hospitals in Australia. Royal North Shore Hospital (RNSH) is one of Australia’s leading research, trauma and teaching centres.

The entire campus has been redeveloped as part of a $736 million project – the largest of its type in New South Wales history.

SYDNEY SUPERYACHT MARINA

SYDNEY, NSW

The Western Building completed in October 2016 and will house a range of marine office and retail businesses, with additional provedore/restaurants creating world class dining experiences on the foreshore of Rozelle Bay, with stunning view of Bicentennial park, the Anzac bridge and the Sydney CBD.

MACQUARIE CENTRE

NORTH RYDE, NSW

The centre contains 250 retail stores over four-levels including a cinema complex, and one of only two ice rinks located in Sydney.

The  $440 million redevelopment, added an entire new wing to the existing centre. This was completed in October 2014, and consists of:

  • A full line David Jones
  • A new 2 level mall linking the new David Jones with the existing centre and Myer
  • A new Fresh Food Market including Coles and Aldi
  • Approximately 130 new retail stores
  • Additional 1,050 car spaces

GLOBAL SWITCH DATA CENTRE

PYRMONT, NSW

Global Switch Sydney is a world class data centre providing technical space and power solutions. The Sydney campus is located on the western edge of Sydney’s Central Business District, Australia’s financial and commercial hub.

The campus houses two data centres – Sydney East and Sydney West – which together span 73,000 sq m of dedicated world-class technical space and has become home to many of the world’s largest telecommunication, cloud and financial organisations as well as many state and commonwealth government agencies.

THE ARK ( Now Coca Cola Place)

NORTH SYDNEY, NSW

The Ark (now Coca-Cola Place) in North Sydney – one of the first buildings in Australia to receive a 6 Star Green Star rating. With its unique profile and angular facades, this iconic 21-level commercial building is a design masterpiece, offering A+ grade commercial space, energy savings and functionality to its tenants.

The Ark’s striking design includes larger cantilevered floors at the upper levels facing Mount Street and a stepped western facade integrating external terraces.

IKEA Tempe and Ateco Building

TEMPE, NSW

At 37,000sq m, the store and its car park for 2000 vehicles will cover as much ground as 20 soccer fields. All of the 7 No Rainplus syphonic systems are directed to a single location to the rear of the building for ease of collection / discharge due to the site being a former landfill area.

The heritage-listed Ateco building and clock tower on the site has also been retained for use by IKEA.

DFO BRISBANE AIRPORT PRECINCT

BRISBANE, QLD

An extension to Brisbane Airport’s retail, commercial and lifestyle precinct, Skygate, with a major $29 million expansion to DFO.
